Intro to The NEW Bookmark Features

Narrator: Here’s your taste of the new Bookmark. We’re so excited to share these enhancements with you.

Homepage and Filters

Narrator: This is the new homepage you’ll see once you log in. The first thing you’ll do is choose filters. This allows you to select both the license types you want to see and the jurisdictions, including states and territories.

Narrator: If I want to search for all the nurse license types, I can use the search bar to quickly find them and select all. I’m going to apply these filters to show you the results.

Viewing, Exporting, and Saving Results

Narrator: You’ll notice a new look and feel here. You can hover over the information icon to view the key for each category.

Narrator: If I want to export this information, I can select “Export Filtered Results.” You can now download the results directly to Excel. We know that’s how many of our members use this information.

Narrator: I can also save any filters I create. If I want to save this filter set, I can do that here. In the future, I can quickly return to one of my saved filter sets and find the nurse licenses I just filtered for—hopefully saving a lot of time and hassle.

Recent Updates

Narrator: I’m going to clear all the filters and return to the homepage.

Narrator: You’ll notice that the updates window now lists only the five most recent updates. It was getting a little cluttered with all the updates scrolling through the window, so this is cleaner and makes it easier to quickly see what has changed.

Narrator: To view more, click “Export Updates.” You’ll see a pop-up that allows you to filter by both license type and jurisdiction. Now you can customize the updates to show exactly what you need to know.

Downloading Update History

Narrator: You can download or export updates for the Bookmark’s entire history or only the updates made since your last download. The system will remember the license types and jurisdictions you selected and when you last downloaded the information.

Narrator: You can also enter a custom date, and the system will pull any information updated after that date.

Narrator: Updates are available in CSV and PDF formats, as well as the new Excel format, saving you a little time and headache.

API Capabilities

Narrator: One other quick feature I want to point out is our API capability. A few members have asked for this, and we’re happy to offer it. You can access API tokens through your profile at the top of the page.
